How it works

How it works: audit, plan in writing, the work, monthly report.

Three steps to get going, then steady work and proof every month. Nothing starts before you've seen where you stand and said yes to a plan in writing.

The three steps

Audit, plan, build.

  1. Step 1

    Free audit

We check your Google Maps ranking across town, your reviews against the top three, your website on a phone, who you're up against and how many people search for what you do, then write up the three fixes that matter first.

    • A Google Maps ranking scan across your service area
    • The three fixes that matter first
    • No prices, no pressure
  2. Step 2

    Plan in writing

A 30-minute call to walk through the audit. Then a written plan: what we'll do, in what order, the price and the term. Nothing starts until you say yes.

    • Your three fixes become month one
    • Price and term on paper
    • What's not included, spelled out
  3. Step 3

    We build

We take a day-one baseline, then fix what matters first: your profile, your website, your tracking, your follow-up. You approve anything that goes public.

    • A day-one baseline before any change
    • Set up in accounts you own
    • One point of contact
Ongoing

Steady growth, and a monthly report

  • Regular ad, budget and search-term checks

The monthly report

Proof, every month.

Working together

What we need, and what you get.

We measure from what we can read, and we only ask you for what only you know.

What you give

  • Your website or business name, for the audit
  • Manager access to your Google profile and other accounts, if you go ahead
  • A few job photos now and then
  • About 15 minutes a month for questions only you can answer
  • A yes or no on anything that goes public

What you get

  • A day-one baseline before any change
  • Every account set up in your name
  • One point of contact who knows your business
  • A monthly report, in plain English
  • Strategy reviews with us, on the schedule in your plan

Three promises

No surprises, in writing.

The same three promises on every plan, for every client.

  • The audit is free, no strings

You get the findings and the three fixes either way. If we're not the right fit, the audit is still yours.

  • You own your accounts

Your domain, content, Google Business Profile, analytics and accounts are always yours and stay in your name. If we part ways, any site we built is handed over or bought out on terms set in writing.

  • Terms in writing first

The plan, the price and the term are written down before any work starts. Term length depends on the work, and it's always on paper.

FAQ

Straight answers, up front.

What owners ask us before they start.

  • How long until I see results?

It depends on your market and where you're starting from. Ads can bring calls soon after launch. Google Maps work usually takes a few months to show. SEO and content build more slowly and keep paying off. Nobody can promise rankings, and we won't. You'll see what changed every month.

  • Do you lock me into a contract?

No long lock-in, and no surprises. Terms depend on the work: a website plan and a full marketing plan don't run on the same term, so we don't quote one number here. Whatever the term is, it's agreed with you and written into the plan before anything starts, along with what's not included and what happens if either of us ends it.

  • What's in the monthly report?

Calls and form leads and where they came from, your Google Maps visibility against day one, search traffic, ad spend and cost per lead if you run ads, everything we did, and next month's plan. One short report, every month.

  • What if it isn't working?

The report will say so, in plain words. We look at why, change the plan in writing, or end it cleanly. Your domain, content, Google Business Profile, analytics and accounts are always yours and stay in your name. If we part ways, any site we built is handed over or bought out on terms set in writing.
