Using the site

kojogrowth.com is run by Kojo Growth. You can read it, link to it and share it. Please don’t copy the content to pass it off as your own, try to break it, or use it to send spam.

The free audit

The audit is free and comes with no obligation. We prepare it from public information and what you tell us, using care and reasonable effort. It is our honest read of where your business stands, not a guarantee: search engines and competitors change, and we don’t control them. You can use the findings whether or not you hire us.

We may decline to prepare an audit, for example if the business is outside what we do or the request looks automated. If so, we’ll tell you.

No prices or promises on the site

Nothing on this site is a quote or an offer to work at a particular price. If you want to work with us, you get a written plan with the price, the term and what’s not included, and nothing starts until you say yes to it. That written agreement, not this page, governs client work. Terms depend on the work and are always in writing before anything starts.

We don’t promise rankings, lead counts or revenue. Examples on the site are labeled as illustrative; numbers we present as real come from real search data.

Your accounts stay yours

The same rule applies to every client and every plan. Your domain, content, Google Business Profile, analytics and accounts are always yours and stay in your name. If we part ways, any site we built is handed over or bought out on terms set in writing. The details are in that agreement.

Content and trademarks

The text, design and drawings on this site belong to Kojo Growth. Google, Facebook, Instagram and other names are trademarks of their owners; we mention them to describe our work and have no affiliation with them.

Limits

The site and the free audit are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for decisions you make based on them or for the site being unavailable. Nothing here limits rights that the law says can’t be limited.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States.
