Contractor website design built to turn searches into calls.
Kojo Growth is a marketing agency for local service businesses, and we build the websites that go with the work. We design and build your site, then look after it for one monthly fee, on its own as the website plan or as part of full marketing. Every page is built to be found by Google and AI search, with a direct answer at the top that either one can quote.
- A page for every service and every town you serve
- A phone-first build: fast pages, a call button on every screen, quote forms that reach you
- Brand basics: your logo cleaned up, colors and fonts chosen
- Hosting, security updates, edits and scheduled checks

Free audit: see what's working and what isn't.
- Your Google Maps ranking across town
- Your reviews against the top three
- Your website on a phone
- Who you're up against
- How many people search for what you do
- The three fixes that matter first
Why it matters
Most contractor websites lose the call after the search is won.
People find you on Google, tap your site, and then it loads slowly, hides the phone number, or has one page that tries to cover every job. So they go back and tap the next business. A website for contractors doesn't need to be fancy. It needs to load fast, say what you do and where, show the work, make calling easy, and give Google and AI assistants something clear to quote.
- 1
Slow on a phone
Most of your visitors are on a phone, often standing next to the problem. A site that takes several seconds to load gets closed before it finishes.
- 2
One page for everything
Google sends “water heater repair” searches to pages about water heater repair. If every service shares one page, those searches go to a competitor who has one.
- 3
No clear way to call
A phone number inside an image, a form that goes nowhere, no button on the screen. Every extra step costs you a share of the people who were ready to book.
- 4
Nothing an AI answer can use
More people ask Google's AI Overviews or ChatGPT who to call. Those answers are built from pages that state what a business does and where. A vague home page gives them nothing to quote.
Two ways to get it
A great website on its own, or as part of the whole plan.
Some owners want a great website and nothing more. Others want the site as one piece of a bigger system. Either way it's the same site: built to be found by Google and by AI search, and looked after as part of the plan.
- On its own
The website plan
A small business website with hosting, updates and scheduled checks included. We design and build it, then keep it running, fast and secure, for one monthly fee.
- Design and build, then hosting and upkeep
- Updates and edits as your business changes
- Speed, security and form checks on a schedule
- Upgrade to full marketing at any time
- With full marketing
The site as the foundation
The same site, as the foundation of a full plan: Google Maps and local SEO, reviews, ads and follow-up, all from one agency and counted in one monthly report. The audit shows which of those matters first.
- The site plus Google Maps, reviews, ads and follow-up
- One agency, one plan, one monthly report
- New pages added from your finished jobs
Built in from day one
Built to be found, by Google and by AI search.
Being found by AI search isn't an add-on; it's how every Kojo site is built. The things that usually get sold as extras are already there at launch.
- Fast mobile pages
- A page for each service and area
- Structured data, the labels that tell Google what your business is
- Direct answers at the top of each page that Google and AI assistants can quote
- A short file that tells AI search tools what the site is, and crawler rules that let them read it
- Connected to your Google Business Profile
- Analytics and call and form tracking in your name
- Brand basics: logo, colors and fonts that match everywhere
What stays yours.
Your domain, content, Google Business Profile, analytics and accounts are always yours and stay in your name.
- Domain, in your registrar
- Content, photos and copy
- Google Business Profile
- Analytics, tracking and every account
If we part ways, any site we built is handed over or bought out on terms set in writing, agreed before you sign.

What you get with websites.
Everything below is written into the plan before any work starts, and reported on every month.
A page for every service and area
Each service gets its own page, written for what people search and what they ask before they call. So does every town you work in: “plumber Westland” gets its own page, separate from the one built for “plumber near me”.
Call buttons and quote forms
A call button within reach on every screen, and forms that land in your inbox and on your phone. Every call and form is counted, so you know where each one came from.
Built for phones
Images sized for phones, scripts kept small, and nothing that makes the page jump while it loads. We build for speed and measure the result against Google's speed checks.
Answer-first content and structured data
Every page opens with a direct answer. Structured data, the labels that tell Google what your business is, what you do and where, helps Google and AI assistants like ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews quote you correctly.
AI search setup
A short file that tells AI search tools what the site is, a clean sitemap (the page list search engines read) and crawler rules that let AI search engines read the site, so it can be cited when someone asks who to call.
Google profile, analytics and tracking
Your Google Business Profile linked to the right pages, and Google's free tracking tools set up in your name to count calls and form leads.
Brand basics
Your logo cleaned up and exported in every format you'll need, colors and fonts chosen and written down, and your Google and social profiles updated to match.
Hosting, upkeep and edits
Hosted, kept fast and secure, updated when your business changes and checked on a schedule, as part of the monthly fee. Your domain stays in your registrar.
How we do it
How we do it.
Three steps to get going, then the work and a report every month.
- Step 1
Review and plan
We capture your current site and profile, look at what people search for your services in your towns, and plan every page before anything is designed.
- Every page tied to a search
- Your services and areas listed out
- Photos and proof gathered
- Step 2
Design and build
We design in your brand, build the site to load fast, and write every page in plain English with a direct answer up top. You review it on your own phone before launch.
- You approve it on your phone
- Call and form paths tested
- Brand basics delivered
- Step 3
Launch and keep it running
We launch on your domain, tell Google about the new pages, confirm tracking with a test call and a test form, and connect your Google Business Profile. From then on the site is hosted, checked and updated as part of the plan.
- Tracking verified with a test lead
- Domain, profile and analytics in your name
- Edits and checks on the schedule in your plan
What you get each month
Hosting, kept fast and secure
The site is hosted and monitored, its software kept up to date and backed up, so it stays online and quick.
Updates and edits
A new photo, a changed service list, a new team member, a seasonal offer: send it over and we make the change as part of the plan. Bigger changes are agreed in writing first.
Scheduled checks
Speed, forms, call buttons, links and search listing checked on the schedule in your plan, and fixed when something slips.
Counted in your report
Visits, calls and form leads from the site, against your day-one numbers, in your monthly report.
Search demand
People search first. Then they judge you by your site.
These are searches your customers make every month across the US. Each one ends with someone tapping a website and deciding, in a few seconds, whether to call.

Three promises
No surprises, in writing.
The same three promises on every plan, for every client.
The audit is free, no strings
You get the findings and the three fixes either way. If we're not the right fit, the audit is still yours.
You own your accounts
Your domain, content, Google Business Profile, analytics and accounts are always yours and stay in your name. If we part ways, any site we built is handed over or bought out on terms set in writing.
Terms in writing first
The plan, the price and the term are written down before any work starts. Term length depends on the work, and it's always on paper.
FAQ
Straight answers, up front.
What owners ask about websites before they start.
Can I just get a website?
Yes. The website plan is for owners who want a good site without full marketing. We design and build the site, then host it, keep it fast and secure, make your updates and edits, and check it on a schedule, all for one monthly fee. Being found by AI search and brand basics are part of the build, and you can move up to full marketing whenever you like. It starts the way everything does: with the free audit.
What's included each month?
Hosting and monitoring, software and security updates, backups, the edits you send over, scheduled checks that the site is still fast and that every form and call button still works, and a short monthly report with visits, calls and form leads against your day-one numbers. Bigger changes, like a whole new section of the site, are agreed in writing before they start.
How long does a website take?
It depends on how many pages you need. We agree the timeline in writing before we start, and your current site stays live until the new one is ready, so you never go dark.
Can you rebuild the site I already have?
Yes. We capture your current site first and keep the pages and links that already bring in traffic, so you don't lose what's working. Any address that changes sends visitors to its new page automatically, and we compare your search positions before and after launch.
Who owns the site?
Your domain, content, Google Business Profile, analytics and accounts are always yours and stay in your name. The site build itself is designed, hosted and run by us as part of the website plan, which is why the terms for what happens to it if we part ways are written down before you sign.
What happens if I cancel?
If we part ways, any site we built is handed over or bought out on terms set in writing, so there's no surprise and no scramble. Your domain, content and accounts never move, because they were always in your name. If you're moving up to a full marketing plan with us instead, the site carries on and the rest of the work is added around it.
Will my site show up in AI search?
We build every site so it can: a direct answer at the top of each page, consistent business facts, structured data (the labels that tell Google what your business is), a short file that tells AI search tools what the site is, and crawler rules that let them read it. That's what Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT and similar tools draw on when they answer “who should I call”. Nobody can promise a citation or a ranking, and we won't. What we can do is remove the reasons for them to skip you, and show you in the monthly report what changed.
Do you write the pages?
Yes. We ask you a few questions about each service, then write every page for the people searching, answering the questions your customers ask before they call. You approve everything before it goes live.
